Ceramco, Inc.

Ceramco has been manufacturing ceramic components by Ceramic Injection Molding (CIM) since 1982.  A full grind shop was integrated in 1998, and additional molding capability was added in 2010, which Ceramco uses today for making parts in Alumina, Zirconia, ZTA, and other ceramic materials.  An e-commerce website was launched in 2015 to sell our ceramic fasteners online.  In the summer of 2025, Ceramco relocated to a larger plant, to house the growing operation in a nearby industrial park.  The new site is AS9100D and ITAR registered.

The Nuts & Bolts of Ceramics

Ceramco's Recent Success Story

When does a gimmick end up as a useful, saleable product? When designers and engineers see that it will solve a problem! That is just what happened when Ceramco made some nuts and bolts out of ceramic material (alumina)...

Tight Tolerances

Ceramic components can meet tight tolerances via machining at the green-body stage or after firing to full density. In some cases no machining is needed when a near-net shaping, injection molding process delivers desired dimensions.
